I have been starting to think about trying a bit larger painting the next time I out. My largest to this point have been 8"x10" and I'm quite comfortable with that size. However......my aspiration is to become good enough to sell this work, and a larger format, perhaps 16"x20" is what I'm shooting for. So I'm going to try a 11"x14" or 12"x16" today, and work my way up in size. I just don't want to loose the look of spontanaety the smaller pieces have.
The 2 little pieces shown here, were painted in my driveway ....late afternoon, early evening.
